Stephanie Scarborough
Attorney at Law
What Makes Attorney Stephanie Scarborough Unique?
I was born and raised in the mountains of Pennsylvania. Mountain life wasn’t always fair and it taught me so much. Mountain life taught me resiliency and adventure, both assets I bring to my work defending clients.
I’m the founder of Scarborough Law, L.L.C. I am an Attorney with 12 years of experience. I’m proud to serve as a trusted adviser and have built an industry‐proven reputation for representing clients in their business and immigration cases. I am most passionate about helping clients gain the liberty and peace of mind they need and deserve so they can pursue their own dreams and live a quality life.
Our law firm mission is simple, “Serve our clients well”. We are different. We seek to connect with and develop lasting relationships with our clients because that’s what matters most.
Before becoming an Attorney, I was enlisted in the U.S. Army and Army Reserve, including a deployment for Operation Desert Storm. I wanted to serve my country. I thrived in and enjoyed the strictness of the Army. This experience taught me courage, strength and added to my already resilient and adventurous side. The experience also matured and humbled me.
I enjoy the juxtaposition of my practice areas. On one hand, I serve as attorney and Business Counselor to multinational corporations and on the other I serve small businesses and families through business practice and family-based immigration. I am thankful that my practice keeps me connected to the communities I serve.
I am also an active member of the New York Bar Association, the Georgia Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
I have worked with multinational corporations and investors to meet their specialized immigration needs. Our firm business and immigration clients include companies from a variety of domains including Information Technology, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Telecom, Healthcare, Religion, Sports, and Real Estate Investment.
Aside from my immigration practice, our Georgia offices counsel businesses and individuals to protect their assets and families through effective business structures and legacy planning.
I have an amazing spouse and three sons who are my strength, love and comfort. I am an avid cycler. I love the adventure, personal growth, resiliency and courage cycling brings out in me. Cycling pushes me beyond my mind’s limits and allows me to be a better lawyer for my clients.
