I developed a passion for the legal immigration field through my own experiences as an immigrant. I was born and raised in Afghanistan. During this time, I worked with the United States, supporting its overseas mission in Afghanistan. Through my service, I was awarded the Special Immigration Visa (SIV). It was my years of experience working in the Consular Section of the US Embassy in Kabul that linked me with Scarborough Law. I believe that this has truly been a perfect match; working for an inspirational law firm that does the hard, but necessary, work of advocating for immigrants like myself. Scarborough law has not only gifted me with a professional work environment but has been a relentless source of support in my pursuit of a career in data and technology. While I love and adore my wife and children, my true love may be spending time working out at the gym. This has helped to fuel the patient and positive energy that has defined my life. This whole journey has gifted me with self-acceptance and that gift motivates the friendly and social curiosity that I bring to work each day.
